# `gh`

The `gh` tool is the official GitHub CLI and is used by `ok` to download reusable GitHub Actions workflows.

```
brew install gh
```

Then authenticate and follow the on-screen instructions:

```
gh auth login
```

## Verification

Confirm that `gh` is installed and authenticated. The output reports that you are logged in to `github.com`:
