Set up your machine

By the end of this guide, you'll have the command-line tools you need to work with the Golden Path installed on your machine.

It covers 9 short pages, one per tool. Each page is self-contained, so you can install them in any order or skip the ones you already have.

Tools

The Homebrew package manager is the recommended tool for installing software. Besides macOS, Homebrew also works on Linux and Windows Subsystem for Linux (WSL).
